This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Apps. All our Apps are free, ad-supported applications.

1 Information We Collect
1.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Our Apps operate primarily offline. The following data may be created and stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Files, documents, or media processed by the App (e.g., scanned PDFs, recovered files, QR codes)
- App usage history (e.g., recent files, bookmarks, scan history)
- App preferences and settings (e.g., theme, language, PIN/lock settings)
- Sensor data used for device features (e.g., microphone input for clap detection) — processed in real time and never stored or transmitted
This data remains on your device unless you explicitly share or export it.
1.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
Our Apps may integrate third-party services that collect information used to identify you. Not all services are used in every App. Each service operates under its own privacy policy:
These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, usage data, and advertising identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
- We do not access, read, or transmit the content of your files, documents, photos, or any data processed by the App.
- We do not record or transmit audio, microphone input, or sensor data — all processing happens locally in real time.
- We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.
2 Device Permissions
Depending on the App, the following permissions may be requested. Not all permissions apply to every App — only relevant permissions are requested:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Document scanning, QR/barcode scanning. Camera data is processed locally and is never transmitted to any server. | |
| Used for sound-detection features (e.g., clap to find phone). Audio is processed in real time on-device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. | |
| Reading, saving, recovering, or managing files and media on your device. Required for file management, document scanning, and recovery features. | |
| Optional app lock feature using fingerprint or face authentication. Biometric data is handled entirely by the device OS and is never accessed by the App. | |
| Sending alerts, reminders, or feature-related notifications (e.g., phone finder alarm). Notifications are generated locally on-device. | |
| Playing alarm sounds or vibrating the device for find-my-phone and alert features. | |
| Some Apps may use accessibility services for enhanced device features. Data from these services is processed locally and never collected or shared. | |
| Displaying advertisements and fetching remote configuration. No personal data is sent to our servers. |
3 Advertising
Our Apps are free and ad-supported. Advertisements are displayed through Google AdMob and/or AppLovin MAX. These ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier and other non-personal data to serve relevant ads.
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
- Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID
- Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
We comply with Google's EU User Consent Policy and display a consent form where required by law.
4 Log Data
In the event of an error in any of our Apps, we may collect diagnostic data through third-party services (such as Firebase Crashlytics). This log data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, timestamps, and other diagnostic statistics. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.
5 Cookies
Our Apps do not use cookies directly. However, third-party services integrated into our Apps (such as ad networks) may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. You may configure cookie preferences through your device or browser settings.
6 Data Retention
- Local data (usage history, files, settings) is retained on your device until you clear it within the App or uninstall the App.
- Third-party data (analytics, crash reports, ad interaction data) is retained according to each third party's data retention policies. Please refer to the links in Section 1.2 for details.
7 Data Security
We value your trust and take reasonable measures to protect your information. All user data is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8 Third-Party Links
Our Apps may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
9 Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not target and are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information through a third-party service, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.
10 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:
- Access and portability: All your App data is stored locally on your device and is fully under your control.
